Early Life and Foundation
She was born on 22nd November, 1980, in Ondo State, Nigeria, to Late Professor Olawoye and Mrs. Olawoye. From her formative years, she demonstrated a deep sensitivity to matters of justice, truth, and faith. As a young student, her passion for the gospel was evident. She boldly shared the Gospel of Christ with her classmates during her middle school years, the beginning of a lifelong calling.
Education and Academic Excellence
Driven by a strong advocacy spirit and a desire to give voice to the voiceless, Pastor Ibidun pursued a legal education at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, where she studied Law. Her academic journey reflected both intellectual rigor and a commitment to societal transformation.
She went on to earn advanced degrees in Law, culminating in a PhD in Public Law at the Department of Law, University of Ibadan. Her scholarly work was marked by excellence.
As an academician, she served as:
  • Lecturer, Department of Law, Elizade University, Ondo State
  • Dean of Student Affairs, Chrisland University, Ogun State
Through these roles, she mentored students beyond the classroom, shaping character, purpose, and leadership.
Marriage and Family Life
Pastor Ibidun was married to Pastor (Prof.) Ayo Olude, and their union was blessed with three children. Their marriage stood as a living testament to Christian love, partnership, and purpose, redefining marriage as a mirror of the relationship between Christ and the Church. Together, they have ministered to singles, couples and families through their Christ-centered teaching and counsel.
Ministry and Service to God
Her life was deeply marked by selfless service to the Lord. Her passion for seeing lives transformed by God’s Word was uncommon. She dedicated her time, resources, and energy to raising and equipping children, teenagers, youths, adults, and married couples to live purposeful lives founded on the eternal revelation of Christ and His Kingdom.
She served as President of the Victory Christian Fellowship (VCF, now RBCF) during her university years, further refining her leadership and ministry calling.
She also pioneered and co-founded several impactful ministries, including:
